We teach you how to fuel your brain and body for whatever stage of life you're in without feeling overwhelmed or obsessed with calories. We'll help you develop a routine and flexible lifestyle around nutrition that doesn't feel restrictive. Providing the what, why, when, and how, of nutritional education and what works best for your mind and body.
We want to make sure that you can replicate everything you achieve through the program when we're finished. Before joining our program, most clients have a history of yoyo dieting. Whereas we educate you to make us redundant and become your own coach.

We'll send you a spreadsheet with recommended targets to hit each day. Track whatever you're normally eating and we'll come in and make gentle tweaks to help optimise your results each week.
Every week we have a coaching call to get to the root cause and analyse how you're feeling, the good and bad of the week, and what your focus point will be for the week ahead.
Every Thursday is our universal client email check-in day. We'll look at the data, provide feedback, and make adjustments for next week.
Our client community is run through an app called Discord. This is available 24/7 and it's filled with like-minded individuals who have and are going through the same thing you are.
We have a money-back guarantee. If at any time through the program, you feel like we're not living up to the standards we promised and/or you're not seeing results then you just simply email and let us know and we'll refund your money.
