Our nervous systems are tired and overhwhelmed.

In a world full of pressure, judgement, responsibilities, and overstimulation, the standard gym program is not going to give you long lasting results if you’re not also taking care of yourself mentally and emotionally.

That’s why I have created Your Mindful Movement; a program designed for people to see the physical results while reaping the personal benefits in other, often neglected, areas of their lives.

Your nervous system, expression of emotions, thoughts, energy centres in the body, how you physically hold yourself and move your body, are all connected.

When people think of self-improvement, they often reach out to psychologists or counsellors, trying breathwork and meditation. While they work to a certain extent… Expression through words alone is often not enough.

Physical expression is the missing piece of the puzzle.

Using breath and movement to bring freedom and intensity to our muscles has had a profound effect on myself and my clients physically and has enormously impacted how we view ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us.

This one-of-a-kind program is designed to strip your previous perceptions of training and apply a more holistic and meaningful approach to your movement practice.

Through the step-by-step modules, you will build your awareness, strength, and mobility, to feel physical improvements, whilst building a freer and more empowered mind.

This style of training is CONSTRUCTIVE, rather than DESTRUCTIVE, allowing for a more balanced lifestyle.

Whilst building a strong structure, you will also;

Learn to train more efficiently and increase mobility and strength to create more space in your body for continual progress.

Build a deeper mind muscle connection by creating proper tension in the correct muscles for different movements/ goals.

Learn how the mind and body are connected and how movement can help free your thoughts and emotions.

YOUR MINDFUL MOVEMENT

Your Mindful Movement is split into 3 x 8-week phases with new modules and guides released weekly for a total of 24 weeks, approx. 6 months.
(Don’t worry, you can cancel any time after 3 months.)

You’ll receive your training program week by week, also gaining access to educational videos on understanding the nervous system and your emotions, and how to regulate them both through movement and breath.

You will also have access to weekly group calls with Laura and receive unlimited Discord Community access for continuous support.

HAVE WE MET?

I'm Laura.

I'm deeply passionate about mindful movement and how it intertwines with our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. With a background spanning various fitness pursuits like competitive swimming, triathlons, and stage competitions, alongside two degrees in Psychology, my journey has been a diverse one.

I've faced many challenges, including battles with anxiety, depression, allergies, physical imbalances, and a heart condition. Through dedicated practice in movement, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness, I've learned to navigate and manage these adversities. Over the years, my approach to training and coaching has evolved, allowing me to help others achieve their performance, lifestyle, and aesthetic goals while also uncovering deeper meaning in their fitness journey.

I've come to understand the intricate connections between our nervous system, emotions, thoughts, and physical expression. While traditional methods like talk therapy, breathwork, and meditation have their merits, I've found that physical expression is often the missing piece of the puzzle.

My approach to movement is rooted in conscious exploration and awareness, focusing on creating space and tension in the body while incorporating breathwork to enhance technique, physical results, and overall well-being.
